Career Goals

Like many other young environmentalists, I know that I want to make a difference. Although it took a few years to figure out exactly what I wanted, I now understand that I am on the path towards a career that I am passionate about.

I am planning to pursue a degree in public policy with a focus on sustainability policy issues. I hope to use my education by working in the public sector or supporting a non-profit organization that aims to protect the environment and foster sustainable development and urban design. I am also tempted by academia, and it is my hope that someday I am able to take what I have learned and teach the next generation.
